Course Details

START: (536972) at E.P. opposite green transformer box just eastof Old Road at Navestock Heath.

Proceed down Murthering Lane to junction with Tysea Hill.

Turn Left (M) to Horsemans Side, where just past Alma Arms PH,

Turn Left (M) into Old Road to complete circuit (5.07m).

Repeat circuit to FINISH: (537970) at south end of field entrance approximately 200 yards short of junction with Murthering Lane.

Course Details

START: (794122) at paint mark 8 kerb joints past raised kerb just east of "The Vinyards" road sign and 18 yards before "Clearway" sign (situated at the north end of eastern Hatfield Peverel bridge over A12).

Proceed eastbound to join A12 and continue and take slip road (M) to A1124 junction, Stanway and turn (M) (13.34M).

Take 4th exit (M) to rejoin A12 westbound and retrace to Marks Tey. Take slip road (M) to roundabout, where take second exit (M) to rejoin A12 westbound.

Continue, along A12 to FINISH: (822131) on Witham bypass at paint mark which is 25 kerb joints west of footpath sign (situated 305 yards after bridge over B1018 and 160 yards before last lay-by on the bypass.

Local Regulations

• In respect of consideration for local residents, the use of static trainers, e.g. turbo trainers is FORBIDDEN.
• Riders must not enter road to bridge over A12, to the start, earlier than five (5) minutes before their starting time. Any warming up to be carried out on the B1019 or B1137.
• Any rider making "U" turns or otherwise acting dangerously near the start will be liable to disqualification and report to the District Secretary.
• PLEASE BE QUIET AT THE START POINT.
• NO PARKING in the area of the start except for the timekeepers car.
• Parking must be at the event HQ.
• Riders numbers will be at the event headquarters
• No warming up on the course after event has started.
• The finish is on a clearway, therefore NO PARKING on the verges.
• Riders after finishing must continue along the A12 after finishing to take the slip road to Hatfield Peverel (approx 1.5. miles).
• In the interests of safety, riders must continue to ride unaccompanied and in a safe manner from the finish to the HQ.
• No Parking in the lay-by by the finish except for Event Officials

Course Details

START: (644859) in Brentwood Road (former A128), Bulphan at paint mark 136 yards south of the junction with Church Road.

Proceed approx 400 yards to junction with A128 and turn left (Take Care) to join A128 and continue to elevated roundabout over A13 at Orsett (M).

Take first exit to join A13 Eastbound and continue to Pitsea where take slip road (M) to turn under underpass (9.82m) taking fifth exit (M) to rejoin A13.

Proceed Westbound to Stifford, where take slip road (M) to turn at Stifford flyover (19.94m) taking fifth exit to rejoin A13.

Proceed Eastbound on A13 to take slip road (M) to Orsett flyover where take exit onto A128 (M) to FINISH: (648844) at paint mark three curb joints south of north end of second field entrance, 270 yards south of "Dog & Partridge" PH.

Riders should proceed on to the HQ after finishing.

Local Regulations

• No 'U' turns in sight of the Start or Finish. Riders carrying out this dangerouis manoeuvre are liable to disqualification from the Event and further disciplinary action by the District Committee
• The use of Turbo Trainers is prohibited within 150 yards of residential property.
• No warming up allowed along the course after the event has started.
• Overflow parking is on the grass verges in Church Road, east of the A128. Please park at right angles to the road.

Note for Marshalls

Marshalls placed to direct competitors off the main carriageway MUST NOT stand at the apex between the carriageway and the slip road but must be located at the commencement of the slip.
