The event was held over 1 lap of the E14a 10 mile course to approximate the distance of the Tour de France prologue and to celebrate that event's visit to London. The following conditions applied
Prizes were presented to the leading riders in each of the categories, Senior, Veteran, Junior, Ladies.
Points are allocated as normal in respect of the Becontree and TEE season-long competitions
